After finalising the tenancy agreement, we can assist with an inventory of property condition, check-in, key handover, right to rent checks, and more as needed.

In Situ

Throughout the tenancy, we provide a range of services to ensure smooth management, including compliance checks, mid-tenancy visits, abandonment checks and notices, LPA visits and notices, and tenant welfare checks.

Post-occupancy

At the end of the tenancy, we’ll handle the key collection, check-out inspection, and assessment of condition, dilapidations, and cleanliness. In the event of an eviction, we can attend on your behalf and provide a full assessment at that time.
